All cake orders need to be finalized a minimum of 3 days in advance of pickup date. This includes final design, flavor selection and a 50% non-refundable deposit. We recommend finalizing a week or two in advance to ensure a spot in our production schedule as some weeks fill up very quickly.
There are no changes or cancellations allowed within 3 days of any cake pickup date. Any cancellation will result in loss of the non-refundable deposit.
Any cupcake order cancelled within 24 hours will result in loss of any deposit and possibly incur a cancellation fee.
All delivery orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
