All cake orders need to be finalized a minimum of 3 days in advance of pickup date. This includes final design, flavor selection and a 50% non-refundable deposit. We recommend finalizing a week or two in advance to ensure a spot in our production schedule as some weeks fill up very quickly.
There are no changes or cancellations allowed within 72 hours of any cake pickup date. Any cancellation will result in loss of the non-refundable deposit.
Any cupcake order cancelled within 24 hours will result in loss of any deposit and possibly incur a cancellation fee.
All delivery orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
